If you think you’ve found a better deal on computer service, we’ll beat that price by 10%!

A few rules (it’s a bummer, I know…)

Price match is good for service the same or similar to competitor’s
Price must be from a real company (i.e. not the neighbor’s 16 year old son or your buddy who works in IT)
Price match is on labor, not components or software
Cannot combine with other offers (i.e. price match then use a coupon)

We are aware that some companies offer non-monetary perks or extras. We will also do our best to match or beat those. And remember, we always offer 30 days of free email support with the purchase of any service of $100 or more.

Here are a few common examples to illustrate how this works:

1) You have a computer virus. Your neighbor's 24 year old son, who is a talented hacker, says he'll fix it for $XX since his programming job was sent to India and he is unemployed and needs money. Since he is not an established business we cannot guarantee a match, but if you call us and talk to us we may be able to match it or beat it depending on the quote.

2) Slick Rick's Quick and Dirty Computer Co. has a $15 coupon in the local paper. Of course you'd rather call us but, hey, 15 bucks is 15 bucks. Go ahead and call us-we'll beat his coupon by 10% if you show it to us and it's not expired.

3) Mr. Geek Computer Service has a referral rewards program. You bring him a new customer and he gives you $XX. Bring us the customer and we'll give you $XX + 10%.

4) The giant retailer, Super Mega Great Buy Max Mart, is offering a "tune up" service. The service includes 6 things they do to optimize your PC, all for one low price. Call us instead. We'll do those same 6 things for one low price minus 10%, or we can perform our regular tune up if you wish.

5) You're listening to your favorite radio station. All of the sudden you hear a scary warning about viruses on your computer! Oh my gosh! Don't worry they say though, because My Squeaky Clean PC (who have changed their name and website 5 times for some mysterious reason) will connect to your computer and clean it out for a great price! Don't deal with impersonal companies in other states, we'll do the same and more for a better price, and you get to meet us if you wish!
