This service enables us to log into your computer and maintain your system or fix many problems without us having to send a tech to your site. This in turn will save you money on service calls, PC head-aches, unexpected failures, and repairs. We have 4 plans to choose from; you pick the one that fits your budget and needs. See below.
Custom Care Packages
Basic Care: Having a computer issue? Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll remotely connect to your PC and resolve the issue. Includes free anti-virus. On site service (if necessary) and hardware and/or software (if necessary) are billed at the regular rate.
Preventive Care: Keep your system running in top shape with our preventive care package. Includes everything in Basic Care, plus we’ll connect to your computer once a month and make sure Windows and any security software, such as antivirus, is fully updated. We’ll also delete other junk files, optimize the registry, and optimize hard drive performance. On site calls, hardware, and software are billed at regular rate, if required.
Preventive Care Plus: We can't access your computer if your network (internet) connection is not working. And, you may need occasional on site service to replace faulty hardware or repair a network. No problem! With Preventive care plus, on site service calls are included in the price, and so is everything in our Preventive Care plan. Ideal for small business owners. Hardware and software extra if needed.
Preventive Care Platinum: The ultimate in IT assurance. Get everything in the Preventive Care Plus plan, and also any hardware that happens to go bad is covered.
